Superstars was asked to help the Universal Credit team within the Department for Work and Pensions to put together a talent attraction strategy. They needed to build up innovative technology capabilities, and people were at the heart of this.

Superstars delivered a clear strategy to help the DWP attract the right people to join the team in its massive Newcastle hub. The strategy avoided the need for many of the recruitment costs which organisations opt for “by default”, leading to significant savings. The DWP team decided to implement the strategy using its own in-house team.
